Most items are backed by the individual manufacturer refund and warranty policies.

Poggenpohl Kitchens is an authorized reseller and all sales are final.

Glass items and consumable itemsare not returnable for any reason.

Our store can assist in the return/warranty process and we are not responsible for the manufacturer policies and processes.

Defective merchandise is rare as all items have been personally inspected prior to release for sale. If an item is deemed defective it must be received back to our store, in person or by mail, in original retail packaging within 5 days of receipt or pick up for a replacement of the same item.

Exchange requests shall be reviewed on a case by case basis. The item(s) must be returned in original packaging and comply with manufacturer policies before consideration.

Shipping damages must be reported within 5 days of carrier delivery. Photos of the damaged package exterior and interior contents may be emailed to: info@poggenpohlhawaii.com for pre-inspection. Replacement shipments will require the return of the damaged merchandise. Reshipments shall be within 2 days.

Returns are generally not accepted as all sales are final. We will review extenuating circumstances on a case by case basis.
